The end of 2007 saw the introduction of our first range of sparkling wines - made in the traditional method - Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay and Shiraz. These delicious creamy wines are teamed with a fabulous smooth Zinfandel Liqueur and can be purchased seperatley or together in our exclusive Dog Box.
Our Heritage Range will have a 2007 Pinot, Shiraz, Merlot and Cabernet - these wines are sitting happily in oak at the moment and it is anticipated they will be bottled early in 2008 - they will need to cellar for a period of time before their release.

Heritage
Silkwood Heritage is a selection of wines that exhibit distinct characters and flavours. All the wines are varietal, which means that no other varieties are blended into the wine. This enhances the uniqueness and individuality of the wines.
Chardonnay
The palate is rich and complex with good length and a clean finish.
Sauv. Blanc
A white wine drinker’s alternative to Chardonnay. Great with cheese and olives.
Pinot Noir
Ever popular due to its excellent and highly appealing aroma and flavour
Shiraz
A popular red wine variety. Used to be known as Hermitage in Australia up to the latter part of the eighties.

Dingo Creek
'Dingo Creek' wines are a completely different style of wine to either Silkwood Heritage or the Silkwood Seasons. This 'fun' label is simple, inspired by aboriginal rock art, has great appeal to overseas visitors and introduces a unique traditional style of wine with just a touch of 'Italian' traditions. As you can imagine, 'Dingo Creek' wines go very well at any great Aussie Barbecue !
