Tasting Notes for the 2006 Twilight

This chardonnay is fermented entirely in stainless steel. Produced with a focus on clean crisp flavour and pleasing mouth feel. A cool fermentation and early bottling ensures the aromatics found the the fruit are captured in the bottle. Melon, kiwi fruit and nectarines dominate the nose, while the palate is crisp and fresh. This wine is great lightly chilled with cheese and olives.
