Spicy with chocolate, vanilla and berry overtones, this beautiful ruby coloured shiraz is patiently waiting to reach its full potential. With the 2004 fine drinking at present, the wine connoisseur will know that a couple more years of patient cellaring will produce a shiraz that will equal any cool climate wine around. The palate is typical of the Silkwood Shiraz – toasty, chewy and full flavoured with good length and lovely chalky tannins. Created to be enjoyed !
