This is where the rubber meets the road, and we all pitch in to create wine masterpieces from the grapes grown in the vineyard.
Yes, we DO stomp the grapes, just like in those old pictures of French and Italian wineries, and there are real barrels used (although we're also very high tech these days with state-of-the-art filtration and handling equipment).
However, the traditional methods such as maturation in French and American oak casks are still vital to our success as a wine maker, so we're not about to throw that tradition out anytime soon.
So, enjoy the pictures of our people working hard, and the grapes being transformed into that divine wine!
