Silkwood wines has been recognised with several awards over the last few years:
Silkwood Pinot
Earthy aromas and flavours of spice, plums and cherry with a delightful silky, fine mouthfeel. This wine is drinking well now, aging potential is medium to long term. This wine received a very good write up in James Halliday's Wine Companion 2005.- Gold Medal at the 2004 Canberra Small Vignerons Wine Show
- Silver Medal at the 2004 QANTAS Mt Barker Wine Show
Silkwood Cabernet Merlot
Chocolate, minty, cool climate Cabernet Merlot. Exhibiting cedary oak and berry flavours. Very good structure and mouth feel with good length. Cellar 3-5 years.- Silver Medal at the 2003 QANTAS Mt Barker Wine Show
