Red Wine Raspberry Sorbet

3 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen
1 ¼ cups of Silkwood Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot
1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
¾ cup sugar
½ cup whipping cream

Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with steel blades and process until smooth.  Freeze in an ice cream maker.  Let set in refrigerator 15 to 20 minutes, before serving.
